THE STORY BEHIND AZIKI

From Our Founder

By my early teen years, I had already learned what it meant to live in cycles of discomfort. If it wasn’t my skin flaring up, it was stomach pain persistent enough to require a bland diet and prescribed medication.

Over time, I became “the healthy friend,” monitoring what I ate, building routines around avoidance, and exercising regularly for relief. I was surrounded by options, advice, and protocols — yet felt further from ease. After years of diets and skincare routines, one desire stayed constant: I wanted to feel good. And I wanted to achieve that without overwhelm.

Aziki Body grew from that need. I began creating care that worked with the body rather than demanding more from it. I wanted Aziki to offer something steady enough to return to.

Aziki Body was created in response to self care overwhelm. We believe caring for yourself shouldn’t require mastery, rigid routines, or abandoning what already feels true to your body.
