Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns & Refunds 

Due to the nature of our formulations, we do not accept returns.

Each product is made to be used, not reshelved. For safety and quality reasons, returned items cannot be restocked.

If something isn’t right, we’re here.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or off in any way, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery at support@azikibody.com, including your order number and photos if applicable.

We review each case individually and will work with you to make it right. Approved cases are eligible for a replacement or refund.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
